New clarification added: Hello,Our company is located in Kenya and we have seen that we require a Valid Liberian Business Registration Certificate and Tax Compliance Certificate.Is it mandatory for the documents to be from Liberia if we are operating from Kenya?Response:As per the tender details, this is an Open National Competition which means only Businesses with Valid Liberian Business Registration Certificates are Eligible.Regards

Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.ISO 14001. ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS). It provides a framework that an organization can follow, rather than establishing environmental performance requirements.International standard ISO/IEC 11801 Information technology — Generic cabling for customer premises specifies general-purpose telecommunication cabling systems (structured cabling) that are suitable for a wide range of applications (analog and ISDN telephony, various data communication standards, building control ...Therefore, you can obtain these certificates from the Supplier or manufacturer you are purchasing these items from. The Manufacturer Authorization form is quite different from these certificates. So the Manufacturer Authorization Letter cannot replace these forms.Thanks
