LOT 2 - Rehabilitation of Alhouta City main Road - Lahj ( IUS-PR-RMF-LAH-001)
LOT 3 - Rehabilitation of the secondary road in Taiz City starting from Alsaqr Club roundabout to Taiz University -aldood street length 1.4 Km scope of rehabilitation covers potholes repair , asphalt overlay , drainage , and road safety works (IUS-PR-RMF-TAZ-001)

Ans 1 - Extension will not be possible at this stage. Q2 - Schedule 0.11 Acknowledgement of the Addenda what is it? Is this document a part of this tender or not? Ans 2 - Please sign this is for additional conditions that may be applied during the contract signature which will be agreed upon in a later stage, please sign the documents and return back for agreement on this part. Q3 - for Schedule No. (0.12 Quotation/No Quotation Confirmation) in Small Works - 6 Solicitation - RFQ 05 Section VI - Returnable Schedules: please identify the UNOPS contact person’s email requested in this schedule for each lot .Ans 3 - Please leave this part empty. Ans 1 - No, at this time this will be difficult.Q2- Schedule 0.9 [DRiVE Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire]? Where / what is it?It is not found in Small Works - 6 Solicitation - RFQ 05 Section VI - Returnable Schedules!Ans 2- This document and process is not part of this tender. Q3 Schedule 4.1.B [Daywork Schedule]: what is it? when we should fill it (after the award.)?Ans 3 - This document and process is not part of this tender. 3 - Prebid Meeting - Road Rehab RFQ202242099 Q- Is there a deadline extension? Ans - No extension as of yet Q -It was mentioned in the above meeting that it will be extended for 5 days, (5 days extension to the original deadline will be granted.) but the date has not changed in your site ( Deadline date 19 / 06 /2022)? Q2 - what we can do with schedule 4.9 Insurance Details and Insurances ? what we fill it in this place?Ans 2 - This is filled after the award. Q3 - Regarding Organizational Chart + Female Cv's and Schedule 4.5 [Organizational Structure]:What is the difference between [Organizational Chart] and Schedule 4.5 [Organizational Structure]? Ans 3 - Same please use the same format or template + submit the CV's of female candidates. Q5 - Regarding Schedule 0.5 [Format for Resume of Proposed Key Personnel]: Do we have to write the Proposed Key Personnel Resume by using this form?Ans 3 - Yes , plus add CV's formate in your template just incase.This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. (IUS - RMS - LHJ - 001)LOT2?Ans 1 - Please refer to the update BoQ uploaded 08 June 2022. Q2- What is the time period required to complete a Rehabilitation of Road in cities Aden ,Lahj? Ans 1 - Please refer to returnable scheduals documents which indicates clearly in each lot the No. of days for implementation. This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please note the below-raised questions and our official responses in connection to the Request for Quotation, Dear UNOPS,Q1 - In Bill of quantities(LOT2), item No. 1.2.1 palm trees unit bynumber, while in technical specifications ref No. 803, the item is described in square meters. Please clarify.Ans 1 - There is no contradiction between the BoQ and the specifications, the Unit Used in the specifications has referred to grass plantation which is normally in square meters, but the required item 1.2.1 is supply and plantation of Palm Trees the unit of measurements is a number, not square meters, grass, the workmanship and other plantation requirement mentioned in the specifications 803 have not been changed and still binding.This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please note the below-raised questions and our official responses in connection to the Request for Quotation, We are kindly requesting clarification below:Q1- Does the contractor needs to provide Insurance along with its bid or if this can be provided after the contract award?Ans 1 - No need to provide the insurance documents during the tendering process, please fill the form attach indicating your agreement in case you are awarded.4Q2- Doe the contractor needs to provide bid security as this is not clearly indicated in the tender documents and in Particulars Section. If yes, then by how much should be furnished?Ans 2 - No bid security is required for this tender.This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly.
