New clarification added: Could you be so kind to provide the following information:1. Who is the target group for in-depth interviews and focus group discussions? Should they be "selected/determined" by ourselves? I mean population 18+; decision-makers; political scientists, experts, etc? Or you have any preferences? 2. How many in-depth interviews and focus group discussions do you expect?3. Is it a mandatory condition to cover all Central Asian Countries? For example, it is a huge issue to conduct such kind of research in Tajikistan, even Uzbekistan. Answeres, A1: The target group can be determined by the consultant or the contract-holder, priority is given to decision-makers mostly but voices of youth and women have to be heard and reflected in the interview and reports. A2: The contracted individual or company can choose how many in-depth interviews are possible and needed. The idea is to have more representative assessment and results.A3: Yes, it is mandatory to cover all the Central Asian states."
