UNICEF has now issued a : Request for Quotations in order to select a supplier for the provision of Supply with delivery and installation of Office Furniture for Saada UNICEF office. Quotation form must be completed, signed and returned to UNICEF. The Quotations must be made in accordance with the instructions contained in this Request. This LRFQ includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract, which is inserted in the quotation form: 1- Annex 1 Quotation form . 2- Annex 2 Samples pictures. SPECIAL NOTES Please consider the below special notes: 1- Pictures and catalogues of offered items is required so please attach it to your offer document. 2- This tender is applicable for local suppliers registered in Yemen and should be specialized in furniture whether manufacturing or selling. =============================================== This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
