New clarification added: Question 3:With reference to the Fortinet renewal for those HW S/N, may you kindly provide us the expiration date of your current protection contract(s) or eventually the renewal starting date?We are asking about that because according to Fortinet it seems the protection contract expired by 17/11/2021, hence the 1 year renewal would cover 17/11/2021 to 17/11/2022.Fortinet also charges a penalty fee for renewals past the expiration date.Answer 3Current subscription expired more than a year. An offer for two years will allow covering the penalty fees while extending the validity period of the contract.An amendment will be issued to reflect the above.
