The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), on behalf of United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the production of Awareness Products under the Kigali enabling activities for Syria. The overall objective of this requirement is delivery of an integrated awareness raising campaign materials addressing HFC phase-down needs to wider related circles of stakeholders in Syria. Some of the expected outcome, outputs and activities are; • Design and production of special tokens to be distributed to stakeholders e.g. armband, bracelet, keychain, etc. • Develop and Produce copies of handbooks (each copy consist of hard paper and digital DVD) in Arabic language. • Production and lamination of information sheets and flyers in Arabic. This will include translation of flyers from English to Arabic and delivery of the documents and flyers to Damascus. • Translating to Arabic subtitle and Dubbing 2 videos. This will include creating script / Extracting subtitles,translating subtitles into Arabic,audio recording the translated script and subtitle and Audio Insertion/Layering/Mixing the Tracks and Video Montage.
