New clarification added: Clarification Request 03:Could you please clarify if the scope of the supervision works is aligned with the number of working days?We consider that it will be difficult to perform full scope design supervision throughout the whole construction process with such a low number of working days:● Preparation of changes in working documentation, BoQs, Specifications & etc.● Evaluation of Variation Orders;● Regular site visits, monitoring of work progress;● Material review & approval;UNOPS Clarification Response 03:UNOPS advises that the number of the supervision works is estimated to be sufficient considering the scope of the construction works is not very big. Moreover, the regular supervision is conducted by UNOPS engineers whereas the supervision by the winning company is only limited to on-call inspections, mainly by MEP experts.

New clarification added: Clarification Request 02:Could you please clarify what is meant with Interior solutions and drawings? Does interior solution mean the whole interior works including moveable furniture or only moveable furniture elements.UNOPS Clarification Response 02:UNOPS advises that by interior solutions it is meant: furniture layouts, for i.e. desks, dividing panels, chairs, drawers, etc.

New amendment added #1: UNOPS Amendment 01:UNOPS Avised that the Documents Section under eSourcing RFQ/2022/40529 for the "Provision of Professional Design Services for Refurbishment Works and CCTV Systems Installation in Kosovo" has been amended to include for one additional document named RFQ-2022-40529 - UNOPS ESOURCING VENDOR GUIDE (ENGLISH) for easy management of submissions through eSourcing for the interested vendors.
