New clarification added: Q6: Are there any policies or rules that should be implemented into the training/learning content? A6: Outlines of the content of the three modules are given in the General Training Programme for LSG employees for 2022 of the National Academy of Public Administration, including the policy level per each programme. Please refer to this document for description of programmes and thematic units within the three programmes.

New clarification added: Q5: Is this organization providing the content for the modules? If so, will it be in Serbian? A5: With reference to the Q&A No. 1 and Q&A No. 4, as well as the ToR: the task of the Provider Service is to develop, prepare and design the teaching content; the content of the online training should be made in Serbian only.

New clarification added: Q1: Kindly inform about contains of syllabus so we can calculate cost of training.A1: Outlines/topics of the content of the three modules are given in the General Training Programme for LSG employees for 2022 of the National Academy of Public Administration, as well as in the ToR - please refer to Part 5, Implementation phase, II of the ToR. The task of the Provider Service is to develop, prepare and design the teaching content.Q2: What will be the duration of the modules to be made?A2: Duration of the modules is to be proposed by potential service providers, in accordance with the training material that will be developed, aligned with the topics of all the three training programmes stated in the General Training Programme for LSG employees for 2022, as well as in the ToR - please refer to Part 5, Implementation phase, II of the ToR. Q3: Is this opportunity open for international firms? Or only Serbia based firms are invited to provide the required services?A3: This is an open international competition, so companies from all countries are invited to participate.Q4: Should the content be made in English and then to be translated into Serbian language or the whole content is to be made in Serbian language only?A4: The content of the online training should be made in Serbian only - please refer to Part 10 of the ToR - Final Considerations.
