RFP 01/2022/ICT/DAF - Consultancy for IT and AV Reconstruction Project of SEARO New Building

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to review, assess and report on IT and AV work of reconstruction Project of WHO South-East Asia Regional Office (SEARO) premises in New Delhi. In close coordination with Regional Technical Officer (RTO), the shortlisted IT Consultant company will be conducting onsite assessments and reporting on IT and AV components progress, while ensuring that the project is proceeding as per required timelines to meet the overall completion target. The consultant is expected to deliver the following: 1. Review SoW (Scope of work) defined for M/s Parnika (sub-contractor of NBCC). Identify and list out the gaps based on WHO Global standards communicated to NBCC while defining IT requirements. To ensure progress has been made as per milestones/expectations set out at the start of the reconstruction and the proposed solutions are in line with latest technology with possibility to upgrade in the future 2. Define detailed Scope of Work / Bill of Material, for IT and AV infrastructure setups for the new building.
