Description

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of a multi-year agreement for Cellular Mobile Phone Subscriptions & Consumption for the ICC’s headquarters in The Hague, The Netherlands. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

 

Scope of work: Cellular Mobile Subscriptions & Consumption  

 

- Multi-year (3+1+1) contract for provisioning of mobile, cellular-based wireless services (voice, data, messaging) for the International Criminal Court.

 

- ICC will port all existing numbers from the existing (legacy) contract to the new contract, observing rules and constraints set by the regulating authorities regarding number portability.

 

- The selected vendor will be preferred for new subscriptions covered by the contract.

 

- The selected vendor will be the preferred source for acquisitions of mobile sets and accessories.

 

            - The ICC is looking for a complete service that fits its needs. The resources include:

  • Vendor project management and Professional Resource
  • Training
  • Documentation
  • Support

 

- It is envisaged that the selected vendor will assist the ICC in the implementation of the    contract, and the costs associated with such an implementation considered part of the overall proposal.
