Dear Sir/Madam,
The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a bid for the provision of Surgical Face Masks With Earloops for Cambodia in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation To Bid (ITB).
If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it to UNOPS by the deadline for bid submission set out in Section I: ITB Particulars.
Remark:
(i) Woman-owned companies are encouraged to submit a bid.
(ii) Bidder is required to provide a statement affirming to their commitment to support gender equality through their operations.

Can we delivery it by sea under DAP terms?UNOPS Clarification#22: Yes, you can. Under DAP terms, bidders shall decide on transportation mode themselves so that delivery can be made at the final delivery destination within the required delivery schedule.Query#23: Could you kindly extend the bid submission vallidity to 01 October 2021 EOB?UNOPS Clarification#23: No, the deadline for bid submission cannot be extended.

Or must we deliver them to CMS warehouse, Phnom Penh?UNOPS Clarificaiton#17: The delivery term is CPT-Phnom Penh International Airport, Cambodia or DAP-CMS, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.Ship the goods to the airport. However if the goods are already in Cambodia, then you can quote DAP prices and deliver the goods to the CMS (Central Medical Stores).Query#18: Is the quantity required 50,935 pieces or 50,935 boxes (50 pieces in each box)?UNOPS Clarificaiton#18: The required quantity is 50,935 boxes (each box has 50Pieces), equal to 2,546,750 pieces.Query#19: As regards to the Test Reports (from the successful bidder only), Sucessful bidder must provide test reports for each batch of the whole consignment (all test reports for all batches to be delivered) before shipping. Does this test report need to come from a third-party laboratory? Or our quality inspection report?UNOPS Clarification#19: Test reports shall originate from an accredited test labs (third-party laboraotry), whereby the accreditation authority is preferably a member of International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) (https://ilac.org/ilac-mra-and-signatories/), or from an EU notified body. New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,We have received some queries related to this ITB and would like to share our clarification as below.Query#1: When you specify that "bidder and jointventure partner(s) must be fully and legally registered in the country of operation", is the country of operation Cambodia?UNOPS Clarification#1: This means that the bidder should be legally registered in their country of operation. Accordingly the Certificate should be submitted together with the bid (in English languange).Query#2: We are a British company registered in the UK. Are we eligible to participate in this tender? UNOPS Clarification#2: Yes. This is an international tender, open to all legally registered companies. Queries#3: Would you please suggest the quantity 50935 is in Unit "Box"? That means the quantity is 50935*50=2546750 pcs.UNOPS Clarification#3: Yes. The quantity required is 50,935 Boxes (each box has 50 pieces). The total quantity in pieces is 2,546,750 pieces. Query#4: For surgical face mask, the total quantity is 50,935*50=2,546,750 pieces.UNOPS Clarification$4: Yes, it is. The total quantity in pieces is 2,546,750 pieces and therefore 50,935 boxes of 50 facemasks in each box.
