“Request for the submission of Proposals (LRPS-2021-9169954) Long Term Arrangement for HACT Services in all 14 Syrian Governorates”

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Syria country office is intending to enter in a Long-Term Arrangement for provision of HACT Services in all 14 Syrian Governorates. In order to perform this task, UNICEF is looking for reputable local service provider. Local Service providers duly registered in Syria are invited to apply;

The interested local service providers are requested to submit Proposal (RFP) in sealed envelope as per RFP requirements. The proposals of local service providers will be strictly evaluated according to the RFP document.

RFP document copy can be obtained by interested firms free of charge from UNICEF office in East Mazzeh, Al Shafiee St., Bldg 2

between 14 th to 20th September 2021, from 9:00 am till 16:00 pm.

UNICEF will organize a Pre-bid meeting on 21 September 2021 @ 11.00 hrs. Via Microsoft Teams.

The address for the submission of Proposals is; UNICEF Office in East Mazzeh, Al Shafiee St., Bldg 2

Closing date of the submission is: 11 October 2021 at 16:30 hours.

 RFP received after closing date/time will be rejected

Please note the following:

  • UNICEF does not deal with service providers who are non-compliant with the National Labor Laws and Regulations and with those who abide to ethical standards related to child Labor and landmines.
  • UNICEF payment terms are after delivery.
  • UNICEF prefers to collaborate with those who have previous working experience in the subject matter.
  • Upon receipt and review of the documents, UNICEF officials shall only visit the premises of the suppliers who have submitted complete documentation and who meet UNICEF criteria before considering them as services providers

"طلب تقديم العروض رقم (LRPS-2021-9169954) لاتفاقية طويلة الأجل لتقديم خدمات النهج المنسق للتحويلات المالية في 14 محافظة سورية ".

يعتزم مكتب الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (اليونيسيف) بسوريا الدخول في اتفاقية طويلة الأجل لتقديم خدمات النهج المنسق للتحويلات المالية في 14 محافظة سورية. من أجل القيام بهذه المهمة ، تبحث اليونيسف عن مزود خدمات محلي من ذوي السمعة الطيبة. لذلك ندعوا مقدمي الخدمات المحليين المسجلين حسب الأصول في سوريا لتقديم عروضها ؛

يطلب من مقدمي الخدمات المحليين المهتمين تقديم عروضها في ظرف مختوم وفقًا لمتطلبات طلب تقديم العروض. سيتم تقييم طلبات مقدمي الخدمة المحليين بدقة وفقًا لوثيقة طلب تقديم العروض.

يمكن الحصول على نسخة من وثيقة تقديم العروض من قبل الشركات المهتمة مجاناً من مكتب اليونيسف في المزة الشرقية ، شارع الإمام الشافعي ، بناء رقم 2 من 14 حتى 20 أيلول 2021, من الساعة 9:00 صباحاً حتى الساعة 16:00 ظهراً.

ستقوم اليونيسيف بتنظيم اجتماع تحضيري للمناقصة في 21  أيلول 2021 في الساعة 11:00 ظهرا بواسطة الانترنت برنامج مايكروسوفت تيمز

 

العنوان لتقديم العروض هو:

تاريخ الإغلاق لتقديم العروض هو: 11 تشرين الأول 2021 في تمام الساعة 16:30

سيتم رفض اي عرض بعد تاريخ / وقت الإغلاق

الرجاء الانتباه للملاحضات التالية:

• لا تتعامل منظمة اليونيسف مع مقدمي الخدمات الذين لا يلتزمون بالقوانين واللوائح الوطنية للعمل ومع أولئك الذين يلتزمون بالمعايير الأخلاقية المتعلقة بعمل الأطفال والألغام الأرضية.

• شروط الدفع لمنظمة اليونيسف هي بعد التسليم.

• تفضل منظمة اليونيسف التعاون مع من لديهم خبرة عملية سابقة في المجال المذكور.

• عند استلام ومراجعة الوثائق، يمكن لموظفي اليونيسف زيارة مقر الموردين الذين قدموا وثائق كاملة والذين يستوفون معايير اليونيسف قبل اعتبارهم كمقدمي خدمات.
