LTA for the Provision of Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Services, the Supply and Installation of all Types of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment for UNICEF South Sudan

UNICEF compounds are of different types both in Juba and zone offices. Some buildings are fixed
structure, and some are prefabricated containers. The warehouses are totally different as there
are rub halls and metal standard containers. All these premises are powered with generators and
in head office is both solar and generators.
For safe and conducive work environment there is a need for frequent maintenance and
overhauling of the electricity network, Solar and generator services in the office. From time to time the above premises have maintenance problems/faults related to electricity or the electrical or power generating equipment which need urgent attention and service. For the office to be able to attend to these problems/faults effectively and efficiently at all time, there is a need for a long term arrangement with a professional, reliable and technical service provider who would provide these services promptly without any delay either in Juba or in the zone offices. The required services include supply of all type of electrical/power equipment, appliances, installation and other electrical and cabling work including repair and maintenance of all electrical jobs in the offices, solar maintenance, Generator servicing warehouses and guest houses in Juba and zone offices. The detailed list of electrical equipment and generator parts and solar services are incorporated to in this TOR.
