Are you looking for readymade software/applications or do you want to develop them from scratch?UNOPS Answer:Kindly note that the application needed should cover the scope of work mentioned in the RFQ-Section II: Schedule of Requirements, it can be either developed from scratch or upgraded/edited from an existing software/application to satisfy the required scope of work.Question:2. Application should support iOS and Android devices or should support Windows devices as well?UNOPS Answer:As mentioned in the RFQ-Section II: Schedule of Requirements, the application should be supported by iOS, Android AND Windows.Question:3. Please confirm you are looking for mobile applications only or looking for both web & mobile applications?UNOPS Answer:As mentioned in the RFQ-Section II: Schedule of Requirements, the application should be downloadable and usable on cell phones, tablets, Mac and computers.

New amendment added #1: Dear Bidder, Please note that Amendment 1 consists of one clause as mentioned below. This document is considered an integral part of this RFQ.Clause 1: The closing date for RFQ is extended up to 02- September-2021 instead of 30-Aug-2021.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

New clarification added: Question:we are interrested in this tender but the proposal submission date is very tight, would you please extend the delivery submission date by an addtional 26 days days in order for us to be able to submit our best price / technical proposal.UNOPS Answer:The closing date will be extended up to Thursday 02-Sep-2021
