RFP/UNRWA/CSSD/AK/029/2021 - Acquisition of, and Annual Subscription for Intelligent Business Process Management (IBPM ) / Low Coding Platform (LCP) Platform

UNRWA seeks a bidder to provide the following: a. Provide a cloud-based iBPM solution to be used by UNRWA staff and beneficiaries. The solution will also serve as UNRWA’s low code application platform. The BPM solutions to be built will serve the demands of UNRWA Departments/Fields that are facing both internal and external business process needs. b. Ongoing support and maintenance that includes upgrades, how to questions, and problem resolution. c. Technical training on the above platform for UNRWA Technical Team (around 10 staff members). d. Creation of a pilot process, with the UNRWA staff shadowing the bidder and the technical documentation of the pilot system. e. Setting up/configuring the cloud solution, preferably on UNRWA’s preferred cloud platform (MS Azure).
