The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidder to submit a bid for provision of post-paid mobile communication services for UNOPS Afghanistan in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this request for quotation (RFQ).
