The United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) has a requirement to establish a contract for the Provision of maintenance, repairs, and winterization of UNMIK, 19 heavy duty vehicles / equipment and supply of spare parts as and when required basis. Heavy vehicle fleet, Material Handling Equipment and Trailers which presently consist of Hyundai, Mercedes, Scania, Renault, Man, Daewoo, PGS, Manitou, Nissan, Ford and Volvo. The Contractor shall provide Emergency response time within one and a half (1½) hours within Pristina and two (2) hours outside Pristina. The Contract will be establish for an initial period of two (2) years, with an option of extension for additional three (1+1+1) year periods at UNMIK's sole option. Companies interested to participate in the tender are requested to submit their EOI by fax or e-mail as indicated above. This Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that such a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only vendors, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document. Vendors must be registered and accepted at Level 1 under the United Nations Secretariat in United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org).
