New clarification added: Dear ptential bidders,Additional clarifications below:3) If one of the team members is an external associate, do we have to have a consortium with him or he is treated as a regular team member?Team members should be properly engaged by the Bidder in compliance with all the legislative regulating working relations. Consortium is applicable for legal entities that would like to apply jointly.4) In section Required document it says: "Copies of a minimum of two relevant contracts for two different ToT projects, each supported by a reference letter issued by the purchasers of the services, are required." If we have signed NDA contracts with Clients and because of that can not share contract details with anyone, is reference letter enough in that case?If NDA signed with the previous Client prevents the bidder from sharing the contract itself, the Bidder should provide a reference letter with all  relevant information required in the tender and statement that due to the existence of NDA it is not in a position to provide the contract as well.RegardsTender Evaluation Team
