Description

UNICEF seeks proposals from qualified institutional/corporate entities to establish non-exclusive Long Term Arrangements for Services (LTAS) with one or more firms for the provision of DIGITAL FUNDRAISING TRAINING AND CREATION OF KNOWLEDGE MATERIALS FOR DIGITAL CAPACITY BUILDING.

UNICEF Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships has developed an ambitious new digital fundraising strategy which requires the digital team across UNICEF offices and National Committees to upskill in order to deliver on the objectives of the strategy. One of the recommendations of the Digital Revenue Strategy was a coordinated training program for staff and leaders in the organization.

UNICEF therefore seeks proposals for each of the following categories of services:

CATEGORY A - Provision of digital fundraising trainings: UNICEF is looking for a vendor(s) for provision of specific digital trainings through workshops and training programs.

CATEGORY B - Creation of knowledge materials for digital capacity building: UNICEF is looking for a vendor(s) to support the creation and production of various types of multimedia training materials, from webinars to guides. The purpose is to help the Digital Fundraising Unit grow digital fundraising skills amongst staff and provide content and expertise for their training programs, activities and internal channels (such as Intranet).

For CATEGORY A, bidders should be a Digital school or an expert agency or company with a minimum of 5 years of existence/operation/business providing services similar to the scope of work specified for this category. Digital training should be a key specialization of the company/agency/school.

For CATEGORY B along with Minimum 5 years of existence/operation/business providing services similar to the scope of work specified for this category, production of learning materials should be a key specialization of the company or agency.
Companies can bid for either one or both categories. Bidders will need to submit separate technical and financial proposals for each of the categories that they submit bids for.

Should your company be qualified and interested in this bidding opportunity, please register in the UNICEF-PFP e-tendering system to access the complete RFP package - please follow the registration procedure attached to this notification.
