Description
The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) invites companies to express their interest to participate in upcoming bidding exercise for the provision of high-speed fiber optic based internet services to UNAMA in Afghanistan. UNAMA seeks to engage a professional service provider capable of providing ISP connection for UNAMA main offices in Kabul (UNOCA and Alpha) and all 10 Field Offices. The Internet Service Provider must be capable of providing high-speed dedicated, symmetrical (for both download and upload) and independent fibre-optic based broadband Internet services country wide with low latency and high reliability utilizing fibre-optic based broadband Internet and connecting UNAMA offices using last mile wireless/microwave connection. Details for the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the invited bidders only.
