Supply of Portable Digital X-ray Machines

New clarification added: Question 1: Will all 16 units be installed at one location in Yangon? or multiple TB centers throughout the city?UNOPS Answer:  All 16 units will be installed in Yangon. Question 2: Will the end-user require training on operation and usage of the equipment? If so, will it be acceptable to hold a few training courses at only a few locations in Yangon? Or 16 different locationsUNOPS Answer:  As indicated in the "Service requirement", the supplier shall be responsible for the on-site assembly, and shall be present during testing and commissioning of Equipment for any trouble shooting.  The installation place is in Yangon.

New clarification added: Question: Could you answer the data capacity?How many paitent data want to safe?How many doctors want to share?UNOPS Answer: It is about 100 – 200 patients per day for mobile X-ray activities. The data is stored in the external hard disk because currently, there is no cloud service or server for image sharing.

New clarification added: Bidder Question:Please kindly clarify for me following point:1) Focal Spot Size 0.6 to 1.5 is Mandatory or not?2) mAs range 0.6 ~212 mAs is Mandatory or not?3) wheel size 16" is Mandatory or not (because some manufacturer can't produce the 16" wheel size)?UNOPS Answer: Standards for workmanship, process, material, and equipment, as well as references to brand names or catalogue numbers, if any, specified by the Purchaser in the Schedule of Requirements, are intended to be descriptive only and not restrictive.The Bidder may offer other standards of quality, brand names, and/or catalogue numbers, provided that it demonstrates, to the UNOPS’s satisfaction, that the product offered ensures substantial equivalence or is superior in performance to those specified in the Schedule of Requirements. Deviations from the specifications will be accepted as long as the performance of the equipment remains the same as required or superior.

New clarification added: Bidder Question:Dear Sir/Madam,I would like to ask whether this tender for PORTABLE DIGITAL X-RAY MACHINEIs for medical use or for the use of a law enforcement unit or bomb disposal unit of the UNOPS etc.?UNOPS Answer:The requirement of Portable Digital X-ray machines in this tender are for medical use.
