Description
The main objectives of the development of online training platform on prevention and control of zoonotic diseases and EID are as follows:• To provide an online training platform for the field officers on the prevention and control of zoonotic diseases and EID at field level, which in the future will be managed by the Government of Indonesia
• To provide the training materials as the content and to be included in the platform
• To expand the capacity of the Government of Indonesia to perform targeted zoonosis and EIDs prevention and control, including events with an unusual mortality using a One Health approach

Expected Results
The expected results of the development of online training platform on prevention and control of zoonotic disease and EID are as follows:
• Technical training materials will be used in the online training platform.
• A guideline how to use the online training platform both for administrator and field officers
• An online training platform using Learning Management System software which covers training materials.

Protocols
• License to be used for the development of online training platform using Open source Learning Management System platform (Moodle). Where no license needed to be use in the future.
• The online training platform on the prevention and control of targeted zoonoses and EID will be handover to Ministry of Agriculture – the Directorate General of Animal Health and Livestock Service in Indonesia as the beneficiary and direct counterpart of the FAO ECTAD – DGLAHS EPT2 project
• FAO will not retain accountability and responsibility for the data, training materials, operation, support and maintenance of the system and its services.
• FAO has no plans to retain any value over the project output nor for upscaling the solution for other countries/projects.
• The online training platform will be installed within DGLAHS-MOA-Website (MoA’s Pusdatin/data and information centre), which will perform the management and maintenance of the application to ensures system sustainability
• The Service provider should provide a hard-drive with unencrypted / unlocked source code to FAO and Ministry of Agriculture.
• The ownership, accountability and responsibility for the online training platform on the prevention and control of targeted zoonoses and EID assets and products will remain with the Ministry of Agriculture and is in accordance with the FAO Software Development Policy.
