CONSTRUCTION OF KAWERGOSK PHC IN ERBIL GOVERNORATE IRAQ

The work includes the following:

1. Site Preparation and Earth Works:

• The work includes supply of material, labour and equipment for clearance of site (debris removal, dressing, levelling, watering and compaction to the desired levels) and excavation for wall footings, retaining walls,fence wall and column footings in all types of soils as described in the BOQ.
•  It also includes construction of a functional Site office to manage and facilitate the project construction. The work also includes backfilling with type B material as detailed in BOQ.

1.  Concrete Works:

• The work includes supply of material, labour and equipment for laying of class D (1:3:6) concrete in wall footings, retaining walls, fence wall and column footings etc. as given in the BOQ.
• The work also includes laying of reinforced concrete (1:1.5:3) for column footings, columns, tie beams, top beams, slabs, stairs, foundations of retaining walls and lintels etc. as given in drawings, BOQs and specifications with minimum crushing strength (28 days) of 25 MPa.
• The work also includes laying of concrete (1:1.5:3) in floors etc.

1. Masonry Works:

• The work includes supply of material, labour and equipment for construction of solid block masonry work in substructure (below DPC) as given in the BOQ.
• The work includes supply of material, labour and equipment for construction of solid and hollow block masonry work in superstructures as described in the BOQ.
• The work includes Gypsum Board partitions.

1. Electrical Works:

• The work includes supply of material, labour and equipment for installation of PVC pipes and wiring for led lights, 3 pings out let sockets, main Board, junction boxes, distribution boards, circuit breakers, ceiling fan points and exhaust fans as given in the BOQ and Drawings.
• Supply and installation of Led Lamps ( 60cmx60cm) 40-50 Watts inside the false ceiling as given in the BOQ and Drawings complete in all respect
• Supply and install circular Led Lamps 18 Watts as given in the BOQ and Drawings.
• The work includes supply and installation of Led Lamps 32 Watt (ceiling or wall-mounted) as given in the BOQ and Drawings.
• The work also includes installation of lighting arrestor system as detailed in BOQ and drawings complete in all respect.
• The work also includes installation of the complete earthing system as given in the BOQ and Drawings complete in all respect.
• The work also includes connecting the building from the Main Board to central power system including all required piping (with PVC pipe) wiring etc. complete in all respect.
• Supply and install solar panel unit thermosyphon type with 300 Litres production storage capacity for hot water supply as detailed in the BOQ.
• The work includes supply of material, labour and equipment for installation of Electric Water pumps as given in the BOQ.
• Supply and installation of Galvanised Cable Trays as given in the BOQ.  
• The work includes supply of material, labour and equipment for installation of 250 KVA Transformer including all the accessories as described in the BOQ and drawings.

1. Sanitary and Plumbing Works:

• The work includes supply of material, labour and equipment for installation of marble basins, ceramic basins with mixtures and other accessories complete in all respect.
• The work includes supply of material, labour and equipment for installation of English and Indian WCs as given in the BOQ and Drawings.
• Supply and installation of Cylindrica or Conical Shape OR Sectional Panel GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyster) water tank as given I the BOQ.
• Supply and install a new of UV-resistant HDPE vertical water tank as detailed in the BOQ.
• Supply and installation of composit PPR water pipes of different dias as described in the BOQ.
• Supply and installation of composit PVC  pipes (3/4”) as given in the BOQ.
• Supply and installation of ¾” and ½” dia taps as described in the BOQ.
• Supply and installation of Sink Basin and Floor Drain pipes 4” dia as detailed in the BOQ.
• The work includes supply of material, labour and equipment for construction of Reinforced Septic Tanks and concrete Man holes of different sizes as well as the construction of Cess Pools as given in the BOQ.

1. Finishing and External Works:

• The work includes supply of material, labour and equipment for cement plastering, gypsum plastering, Acrylic painting, external painting, gypsum (Acoustic )and plastic false ceiling works.
• The work also includes supply of material, labour and equipment for doors and windows as per the detail given in drawings and BOQ. It also includes metal and aluminium handrail works.
•  The work also includes supply of material, labour and equipment for fabrication and installation of steel ladder as given in the BOQ.
• The work also includes supply of material, labour and equipment for laying mosaic tiles, paving shtyger   beharton tiles, Natural Granite tiles 3 cm thick and 2 cm thick as described in the BOQ and shown in the drawings.
• Covering and insulate the external building walls with decorative insulation materials.

1. External Works:

• The work also includes supply of material, labour and equipment for an apron, walkways inside and outside of the building as shown in the drawings. The work also includes excavation, laying of crushed stones, plain concrete, solid and hollow block masonry works.
• The work also includes supply of material, labour and equipment for fabrication of Metal Gates as detailed in the drawing and BOQ.
•  The work also includes plaster and Emulsion paint works as given in the BOQ.
