UNICEF Turkey Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Request for Quotation.

Proposals must be received by latest 11:00a.m. on 02/10/2020 Friday. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

Important Notes:

*Please note that this tender is only open for the local suppliers/companies which are legally registered with the Government of Turkey.

* Price proposals will be submitted in Turkish Lira and VAT Excluded.

* Price proposals will be submitted by using the attached price proposal template as duly signed and stamped PDF version. Quotation form in the RFQ document (page 4) shall be filled in, duly signed and attached to the price proposal.

*Validity period of the offer needs to be also stated in the price proposal template.

*All bidders which will participate in the tender must register and create a vendor profile in the UNGM website: www.ungm.org

Expected Delivery Lead Time: Within 3 days upon the issuance of the purchase order

***After receiving the contract, Supplier will be responsible from:

- Proper packing,

- Delivery to the location in the distribution list,

- Submitting signed/stamped proof of delivery forms from the location in the distribution list.

*The selected supplier will be fully responsible for the delivery of all items up to the final destinations and in case of any losses and damages caused during the transportation, the company will be liable to cover/reimburse the losses to UNICEF Turkey.
