New clarification added: Dears, Here is a summary of the main points addressed in the pre-bid meeting:-          The SLA is to be signed between the awarded bidder and MoSD.-          Alternative offers are not accepted. Are they the departments of MoSD?A31 MoSD got more than 200 entities around the kingdom , and each entity is mandated with all/ some processes under the 7 sectors mentioned in the RFP. in addition to that, there are more than 7000 CSOs that should access the CSO Module in the MIS to fill information, view reports...etc.All mentioned stakeholders will be targeted in addition to MoSD staff through internet and/ or internet accessibility.Q32.       Based on the previous question, please clarify the system roll-out on the targeted entities, is it going to be a centralized roll-out?
