New clarification added: QUESTIONA solar charging kit comes with a solar panel system and a V12 USB battery which can be used as a Power Bank. However, item number 3 on the LOT 2 state a Power Bank (for charging tablets). Is the Power Bank in item 3 same as the one in the Solar charging kit or they are two different things entirely and we should quote for each of them separately. New clarification added: QUESTIONS- Average turnover of 200 000USD for the past 2 years means total average turnover of 2018 and 2019 counted (and not 200 000 USD turnover minimum per year)?- When you are asking for minimum tech requirements, for example 8 inch tablet. Can the tablet be 10 inch with all other same tech requirements?- When you are asking for the power bank to be 6000mAh minimum requirement, can the power bank be more, for example 8000mAh with same other tech requirements? - For the legal requirements, do you mean that you need articles of incorporation and registry of commerce? Do you also need some patent documents (i.e. filed patents or patents published) and is there any other legal documents needed?UNOP'S CLARIFICATIONDear Bidder,- Average turnover means (turnover2019+Turnover 2018) /2 must be at least 200.000 USD- Yes, this is the minimum requirement (all requirement wich are upper to those are acceptable)- As there are requested in the bid : Legal Documentation (Registry of Commerce, Patente, Article of Incorporation etc.
