The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement of Procurement of grape trellises, irrigation networks and organic fertilizers – West Bank . Documents to be submitted as essential elements of the bid
a) The duly completed “Technical Specifications and Compliance Format” in Appendix I, using the form enclosed, along with the relevant supporting documentation requested in the form.
b) The duly completed “Financial Offer” in Appendix II, using the form enclosed.
c) The duly completed “Bid Submission Letter” in Appendix III, using the form enclosed.
d) Bid Bond (5% from the amount of their offer)
e) Company registration certificate from the relevant authority to show that your company is a legal entity;
f) Company registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance (MoF) through a copy of the VAT exemption certificate - برائة الذمه من القيمه المضافه"“ (with an expiration date not exceeding 3 months from the date of submission);
g) A letter from your bank showing that the bank account holders is the same name of your company.
h) Supplier shall confirm their ability to provide installation services for items 1 and 2.
i) Catalogue, technical brochures or data sheets are required for all items
j) Providing real photos of samples for the following sub-items under item 4:
• 4.2: Plastic valve 32 mm
• 4.5: external pressure regulating drippers
• 4.7:Disc filter
• 4.14: Fertilization tank
