New clarification added: #Dear Sir/Madam,Kindly clarify on the following:1. How much storage space do you expect to use to start with? 2. At what pace do you expect to grow storage needs. (ex 30% increase per year)?#Dear Sir/Madam,Kindly clarify on:3. Which support level for hardware is required? (24x7x4, 5x9 NBD etc.)4. Network setup 1G or 10G, if 10G witch type? (Base-T or SFP+)5. A two-server high-availability setup. Will this setup it be on same location or dived in two datacenter?( Two Datacenter setup, connected with fiber)6. Is there any demand for the storage? (build in in server or dedicated storage)7. If UNOPS are requiring a dedicated storage, will it be OK to use space in that for the test setup?Responses:How much storage space do you expect to use to start with? UNOPS will provide and manage all hardware and storage components for the on-premise installation, making use of existing UNOPS data centres. The software solution should be able to make use of any local (or shared) storage that is made available through the host server or dedicated file shares, where UNOPS ICT can scale it accordingly as required. Further to this, UNOPS will be using off-site, unlimited storage for archiving. As such it is expected that local storage requirements will be limited to log files, metadata and in-transit files. At what pace do you expect to grow storage needs. (ex 30% increase per year)? UNOPS will be using off-site, unlimited storage for archiving. As such it is expected that local storage requirements will be limited to log files, in-transit files and metadata. The number of transmitted files is expected to be somewhat static, but a 20% growth is expected.Which support level for hardware is required? (24x7x4, 5x9 NBD etc.)? The software solution will be installed on existing UNOPS hardware and on Windows Server based virtual machines, operated and managed by UNOPS ICT. As such, there would be no hardware level support required from the vendor.Network setup 1G or 10G, if 10G witch type? (Base-T or SFP+)? Virtual servers - VMXNET 3 - 40GB throughput.A two-server high-availability setup. Will this setup it be on same location or dived in two datacenter?( Two Datacenter setup, connected with fiber)? Stretched datacenter - two physical locations connected with redundant dark fiber 10Gbps (sub 1ms round time response.) Is there any demand for the storage? (build in in server or dedicated storage)?
