New clarification added: Question:Could you let us know if the DRiVE Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire.xlsx is also intended to be returned as part of bidder returnable forms? Answer:Yes, the DRiVE Questionnaire should also be filled and uploaded as excel file within your offer.

New clarification added: Question:In the Vendor Submission section we don't see any option to submit the offer on our letterheaded paper with all components itemized as per the schedule of requirements.Could you clarify if such form is expected and if it is enough that we submit all returnable bidding forms to evaluate the bids?Answer:All requested returnable forms have to be submitted, but you can also upload any other document within your offer in any section you find suitable.

New clarification added: Question:As per tender particulars, we would like to check the following:1. supporting doucumentation - invoices for sold software or services are in original written in foreign language. Provided translated versions are desingnated with ending "_EN_tran" and are generated by the ERP system.We presume this is acceptable but would aprechiate the confirmation, that there is no need for a certified translation of provided supporting documentation.2. Equally the tax authority certificate is issued in foreign language and translation version is provided in the separate file and desingnated with ending "_EN_tran". We presume this is acceptable but would aprechiate the confirmation, that there is no need for a certified translation of provided supporting documentation.Answer:You presumed right, there is no need for certified translation of the provided documentation.
