New amendment added #1: Case Reference : ITB/ 2019/12568Subject : Procurement of IT EquipmentFollowing modification to the ITB Document is made through this Amendment, with reference to above ITB. 1. Technical Specification for Lot -4 Copier , in Section II : Schedule of requirement and Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms The requirement of First Print Time (BW) shall be Approx: 8 sec wherever appears in the ITB document.2. Technical Specificaiotn for Lot 1- Laptop Computer Type A and Lot 2- Laptop Computer Type B in Section II : Schedule of Requriement and Section III : Returnable Bidding Forms,The requirement of Operation System shall be - Windows 10 Professional License Version, 64 bit English wherever appears in the ITB document. Other terms and conditions mentioned in the ITB remains the same.

New clarification added: Question 11: as per terms you need net value proosal excluding VAT, Taxes, Customs Duties if any chrage on import than UNOPS will pay? or UNOPS provide to vendor and concerns exempt letters?Ans 11: UNOPS will provide Tax Exemption Certificate for custom duty if items are imported. Any other charges upto delivery will be the suppliers responsibility.

New clarification added: Question 10 : Could you please let us know that OS Version for Lot 1 and 2 should be Windows 10 Pro or Home ?Ans 10 :The requirement of OS version for Lot 1 and Lot 2 is Windows 10 Professional Licence Version 64 bit English . The amendment will be issued.

New clarification added: Question 9 - Regarding the technical specifications of lot 4 Copier Isn' t specificated the First Print time (BW) required. Could you please inform us about it?Ans 9: The requirement of First Print Time (BW) for Lot 4: Copier is Approx - 8 sec. The amendment will be issued.

New clarification added: Question 8 :This is what your required as evaluation criteria:"Bidders must provide details of Local dealers who would provide after sales service within the warranty period"a - Do you required an ON SITE service Warranty?Ans 8 -(a) Warranty requirement are as mentioned in the Section II : Schedule of requirement and Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms, Form C: Technical and Delivery Requirement Form. b - Do You required a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA)? Ans : 8 (b) The requirement is the Agreement Letter of Local dealers who would provide after sales service within the warranty period.

We have examined and have no reservations to the bidding documents, including amendments No.: [Insert the number and issuing date of each amendment]. Where can we get the information for bold area?Ans 4 : These information required only if there is the amendment in this ITB.Question 5 : In returnable bidding forms, Form E, Section 1 Do we need to fill Section 1? If yes, where can we find the required information for section 1?Ans 5 : No need to fill.Question 6 : In returnable bidding forms, Form E, Section 4We don't have IBAN number and Branch code in our country. Do we need to fill it as necessary or not?Ans 6 : If the bidder's country is not among IBAN countries, it doesn't need to fill.

New clarification added: Question 3 : May I ask what is the standard of the jack requirements of ups in LOT3?Ans 3 : If the question is related to Connection Type of UPS for desktop computer, the requirement is the international standard Plug.

New clarification added: Question 2: As we see in the ITB, there will be needed bid security for all lots. We would like to know the amount or the percentage of bid security.Ans 2 : In the Particular Section, we have already mentioned that Bid Security - NOT REQUIRED.

New clarification added: Question 1 : We would like to clarify the following question. In lot 1 and 2 > Storage > 1 TB HDD / 256 GB SSD. Do you need 1 TB HDD or 256 GB SSD or both? Ans 1 : For Lot 1: Laptop Computer Type A and Lot -2 Laptop Computer Type B, the Storage requirement was mentioned 1 TB HDD / 256 GB SSD which means 1 TB HDD (or) 256 GB SSD.
