RFP 01 25/07/STREAM project - Mapping Administrative Processes and Grievance Mechanisms for Migrant Workers’ Access to Social Protection in Selected GCC Countries

Service Contract (company) is to conduct the updating and expanding of a series of regulatory factsheets that summarize key legal and policy provisions governing migrant workers in the six GCC countries, Lebanon, and Jordan. These factsheets must reflect evolving legal frameworks related to labour migration, fair recruitment, the sponsorship (kafala) system, employment conditions, social protection, dispute resolution, and access to rights and services. In addition, the service provider is expected to assess and document administrative procedures and grievance mechanisms related to migrant workers’ access to social protection in three selected GCC countries.
