In accordance with the “Substantially acceptable offer” award criterion, Tianjin Vast Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. has been ranked first and formally awarded the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of a Containerized Laboratory Liquid Waste Treatment Plant for the Armahur Hansen Research Institute (AHRI) in Addis Ababa, in line with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements.
