The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of Web Streaming, Totems and audio-visual technical support during the GC. The objective of this tender is to select a vendor to provide the following equipment and services for the 48th Governing Council (five days in total: two days for the GC, 1 day for testing, 1 day for final rehearsal and 1 day for RBA meeting): • The rental of Vertical Totems and services, including the associated technical resources on site (IFAD HQ) for the management of the contents of the Totems; • The rental of a local printer; • The rental of Web streaming equipment and services, including the associated technical resources on site (IFAD HQ) for operating the Web Streaming; • Four (4 ) Audio-Visual technicians on site (IFAD HQ) for a total of six (6) days to assist in the preparation and execution of the overall event (in total 24 man-day technicians).
