The evaluation method applied in this tender was Lowest priced most technically acceptable offer.
Total offer value of the awarded bidder was USD $9,879.95 for the initial quantity. UNOPS had decided to use the variation option that was included in the tender, i.e. to increase for 20% the quantity of the goods and associated services, without any change in the unit prices or other terms and conditions. Therefore, for the increased quantity of material required by UNOPS, the final total award amount based on the unit prices of the awarded bidder is RSD 1,232,100.00 ($11,776.23).
