Provision of Non-food Items Through Long Term Agreement.

The IOM Iraq Office is considering establishing a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with top-ranked suppliers to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain exceptional service quality. This agreement will cover the supply and delivery of Non-food Items for an initial Two-years period, extendable for an additional year based on satisfactory performance evaluations. It's important to note that signing the LTA does not preclude IOM from procuring Non-food items from other vendors. This document delineates the terms and conditions set forth by IOM to ensure the consistent and successful execution of procurement processes for Non-food Items in Iraq.
