Establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for provision of annual registration of UNOPS RSMCO official vehicles

The overall objective of this tender is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the provision of  annual registration of UNOPS RSMCO official vehicles. 
The purpose of BPA conclusion is to expedite the process by which UNOPS will contract annual registration of official vehicles.
Realisation of the BPA will be based on the financial terms in the BPA, and in the 12 months following the signature of the BPA  a separate Purchase Order will be issued for each vehicle/group of vehicles that require annual registration in a same period.
