The contractor was responsible for the following tasks:
• Carrying out pre-audit/ gap assessment to evaluate the existing implementation of Pre-Requisite Programmes (PRP) and HACCP system in four (4) fishery processing enterprise against Codex HACCP 2020 requirements;
• Providing necessary training to enterprises on HACCP audit requirements and other related processes to assist the enterprise to obtain and maintain HACCP certification;
• Based on gap assessment, coaching each enterprise to complete the necessary documentation which should be in place for HACCP certification audit;
• Finalizing the documents for HACCP certification application;
• Conducting HACCP audits for certification to be provided by the third-party certification body.
The request for services will deal with four enterprises that are processing fish sauce, fish prohok powder, and fresh/frozen fish fillet. The locations of the fishery production facilities are in Phnom Penh (3) and Kampot (1), Cambodia.
