Description

The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) is a non-profit Category 1 Institute of UNESCO based in Trieste, Italy.

In pursuing its mandate ICTP every year organizes several scientific conferences, workshops, seminars (about 80 activities yearly) at its campus and worldwide. In order to advertise such scientific activities, ICTP prints posters and other material, which are then distributed to a list of scientific institutions throughout the world. 

The purpose of the present Request for Proposalsis to obtain a proposal for:

- wrapping, labeling service;

- dispatching of posters and other printed material to addresses as provided by ICTP.

Optionally, a proposal can be provided for:

- printing services for the posters;

- shipping method also for its priority mail sent outside Italy.
