The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidder to submit a quotation for Traffic Count, Road Inventory and Road Condition Surveys of Surface Distress Index (SDI) and International Roughness in Northern Region of Afghanistan in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this request for quotation  (RFQ).
