Construction of Road in Ashti IDP Camp in Arbat, Sulaimaniya, Iraq.

• The objective of the contract is to pave the main roads of Ashti IDP Camp in Arbat, Sulaimaniya to access the camp residents to the services like schools, primary health cares, camp management and actor’s offices inside the camp.
• The work includes civil works, re-shaping the existing sub-base, pavement, sub-basing the shoulder of the pavements, epoxy road marking, plastic speed bumps and road cross sewerage pipes. Details of works are provided in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) attached with the attached drawings (Annex A).
• UNHCR supervision engineers and its partner engineers inspect the quality of the works implemented by the contractor. The work must be within engineering specifications/standards and time limit.
• The detailed technical characteristics is  described in the Bill Of Quantity (BoQ)

• The quality of the work and the materials supplied by the Contractor will be inspected by UNHCR or its designated third party.
• The work must be within engineering specifications/standards and time limit.
• The successful contractor will be required to complete all works as per the Bill of Quantities and Technical Specifications within 90 days from the date of signing of the contract agreement.
