UNICEF Turkey Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Invitation to Bid.

Offers must be received by latest 13:00hrs on 19/08/2019 Monday. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 24 July 2019 at 14:30hrs at UNICEF Ankara Office. It is also possible for the participants who cannot attend physically to the meeting to participate online by clicking on the following link (the link will work only on the indicated date and time):

Please note that the suppliers are not required to provide samples initially. The firms that are shortlisted at the stage of financial evaluation will be asked to provide samples for all of the supplies on the list at a date that will be specified later.

*Please review the attached tender document and annexes in detail and use the attached price proposal template/excel sheet for submitting price proposals and list of documents. In addition to the signed and stamped hard copy proposals, please submit your price proposal (in both excel and signed pdf format) and the requested list of documents in a CD which will be put in the closed and sealed envelope.

Important Note: 

This tender is open only for local suppliers/ companies legally registered with the Government of Turkey.

Companies which have been established as a legal entity since 2017 or before (i.e. having a minimum of 2-year-experience) can submit their proposals for this tender. All bidders must submit the attached list of documents together with their financial proposals. The documents should be submitted sequentially and be in the same order as stated in the list.


Please note that failing to submit the mandatory documents in your submission will result in invalidation of your proposal.
