Provision of Medical Support Services for the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine

MANDATORY Briefing Session will take place on 15 May 2019, 15:00 (Kyiv time) at the premises of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine

OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine needs to be able to provide a comprehensive level of emergency medical response to serious injuries by treating, moving, stabilizing and evacuating casualties within medically endorsed time constraints. The response must provide for the seamless handling of casualties from first response (carried out by trained mission members, members of the SMM Medical Unit and/or paramedics), through stabilization and extraction, until the patient’s admittance to the requisite medical facility and/or medical evacuation. The Contractor shall provide medical support services as specified in these Terms of Reference.
