UNV Volunteers Management Cycle (VMC) Portal

·         The project’s objective is the establishment of an online solution for the management of the volunteer management cycle processes including applications registration, recruitment and integration with other applications and systems in use by the organization.

Required Services:

Design and development of application software with the following scope:

·         Allow applicants to apply online and register their profiles with self service features to manage their profiles

·         Design of a dynamic questionnaire for applicants based upon taxonomy for the volunteer assignments

·         Standardized communications with applicants – with the  maximum possible automation

·         Design of data validation measures to ensure quality and authenticity of the information provided by the candidates

·         Design of effective data administration tools to keep the cost per registered profile at a minimal

·         Search engine with full text option

·         Generation of MIS Reports

·         Integration with PeopleSoft-ERP and other UNV business application developed in-house
