Section 8 – Form for Advanced Payment Guarantee  

Section 9 – Contract for Professional Services, including General Terms and Conditions

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the following address:

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than 5 October 2018, 23.59 hour [GMT+7].  

A proposal conference will be held on:

Friday, 5th October 2018, starting 1400 hour (GMT +7) in Aceh Meeting Room, UNDP, 7th Floor, Menara Thamrin Building, JL. M.H. Thamrin Kav. 3, Jakarta 10250, Indonesia.

The closing deadline for submission will be on 12th October 2018 at 23.59 hour (GMT+7)

ANY PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BEYOND DEADLINE WILL BE REJECTED.
