Description
The United Nations (hereafter referred to as the "UN") is seeking an Expression of Interest from qualified companies to establish a long term contract for the provision of customized printed media including banners, posters and leaflets. The vendor should have a local presence in New York or neighboring states so that defective items can be corrected or replaced within two business days. The UN will require the supplies to be delivered in five (5) business from the date of placing the order. These products shall be delivered at place (DAP) INCOTERM 2010 for UNHQ at 405 East 42nd Street, New York, New York 10017. The vendor must have full financial and technical capacity to prepare, print, deliver and install a range of printed media including small specialty objects like decals and lapel pins, standard 4-color materials like postcards and brochures, plus large format items like posters, banners, mounted photos and vinyl signage. Installation shall include the capacity to deliver and securefly affix, either on a temporary or permanent basis as required, mounted photos, printed vinyl banners as well as cut vinyl lettering and cut vinyl graphics. These materials will be mounted or hung on painted drywall or painted wood surfaces or may utilize an installed railing system via hooks and wires. Vendor will have the capacity to complete installation services outside of normal business hours (9am to 5pm) if required. Vendors who wish to be considered for receipt of the tender documents must submit their Expression of Interest for review by the United Nations. The vendor must be regsitered with UNGM at the website www.ungm.org. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. The UN reserves the right to modify requirement or cancel it any time during the EOI phase or the solicitation process. Submitting a response to this request for EOI does not automatically guarantee that a vendor will receive an invitation to participate in the solicitation. Only those companies deemed qualified, upon completion of an objective evaluation of the vendor application, will receive the final Request for Proposal.
