The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to provide expert insight into how to improve the interface between the humanitarian and development coordination mechanisms to optimise collective efforts to improve service delivery, strengthen the health system and accelerate progress towards UHC with accountability to affected populations.

Companies and individual contractors are invited to submit their proposals:
