Consultancy – Talent Development Consultant, Capability Development - New York, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to hire a Talent Development Consultant who, under the supervision of the HR Manager, Capability Development, will support UNDP’s Talent Development Unit and its Capability Development portfolio. The consultant will work on a wide range of capability development activities with focus on two programmes, Induction and Onboarding and Learning Organization. S/he will support the design and delivery of the programme activities, provide support in outreach and communication and offer logistical support to the various capability development programmes. S/he will engage with vendors and other teams within TDU and UNDP.
