New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please note the below-raised questions and our official responses in connection with the request for quotation, ref. RFQ/2018/4399:Question Two: Is there a specific weight for the following positions on the specifications: Simulated Black Powder 6 different Simulated Explosives Answer Two: There is no specific weight requirement but the expectation is that the items could be used to build inert IED training aids and as such trace elements are not suitable.Regards,

New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please note the below raised questions and our official responses in connection with the request for quotation, ref. RFQ/2018/4399:Question One: Under Line Item 2 Build your own IED - there are several large sized items such as plastic storage bins, det cord spools and propane gas tank. Are all items to be packed into cases as this will be "bulky" for freight purposes and expensive with respect to the provision of the number of cases.Answer One: No, there is no requirement for all items to be packaged in cases. Some of the goods may be shipped inside the plastic storage bins where this is practical to do so.Best Regards,
