Sales of Assets - Four (4) vehicles and two (2) ablution containers

1. The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) will shortly conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the sale (not purchase) of the following written-off UN assets on an "as-is-where-is" basis: a) Toyota Prado vehicles, Quantity: 4 b) Ablution containers, Quantity: 2 Note: The successful bidder must fulfill Government of Cyprus requirements regarding the payment of customs duties, VAT, Excise Duty and other applicable fees. A mandatory Site Visit shall form part of the solicitation exercise in Nicosia, Cyprus in order for potential buyers to inspect the assets. 2. In this regard UNFICYP would like to identify buyers who would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise. Potential buyers are requested to express their interest using the attached Vendor Response Form, also available in our website www.unficyp.org. The interest should be sent to the attention of Ms. Stella Kitti either via fax +357-22-614493 or via email unficyp-procurement@un.org no later than Thursday, 26 April 2018. 3. UNFICYP reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant participation in the competitive bidding exercise. UNFICYP reserves the right to change or cancel any of these requirements at any time during the EOI and/or the solicitation process. The UNGM registration is mandatory for responding to this EOI.
