PROVISION OF PAINT MARKING PROJECTILE AMMUNITION, CONVERTION KITS AND ASSOCIATED SAFETY EQUIPEMENT ON "AS WHEN AND REQUIRED" BASIS TO UNAMI REGIONAL OFFICE IN AMMAN, JORDAN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WI

1.0 United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit proposals for the provision of paint marking projectile ammunition, converstion kits and associated safety equipment to UNAMI Amman Regional Office on "as and when required" basis for a period of one year with an option to extend the contract for two additional one year periods subject to the mandate extension and availability of funds. This ammunition is a highly specilized training projectile; designed to fire a paing marking projectile from specially modified firearms for the purpose of reality based training scenarios. These munitions must be compatible / certified by Heckler & Koch and /or Glock weapon system manufactures. The equipment to be purchase is as follows: a) H&K G-36 conversion kit, bolt head carrier b) Glock 19, 9mm conversion kit, receiver and barrel c) 5.56 mm FX Training ammunition BLUE d) 5.56 mm FX Training Ammunition RED e) 9 mm FX Training Ammunition BLUE f) 9 mm FX Training Ammunition RED g) Complete Protective helmet and mask- BLACK h) Complete Protective helmet and mask BLUE i) Neck Protector j) Groin Protector for Male k) Groin Protector for Female. 2.0 The prospective vendors should provide at least one year replacement warranty including any manufacturing defects on all equipement. 3.0 The prospective vendors shall be able to deliver within a time period of no more than 120 days from the date the contract award. 4.0 Expression of interest from the companies not satisfying the above requirements will note be considered. 5.0 In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete a UNAMI Vendor Registration Form.
